Contacted this dealership to find out some more info on a vehicle they had for sale as well as what they can do for my trade in. Victor responded promptly and was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately we were not able to do business as their vehicle sold, but his professional demeanor means I will look to them again in the future when it's time to get the vehicle I want. Great customer service.

Had a bad experience with an OMVIC dealer in Pickering, ON that sold me a Ford with a Fake Safety and Fake Emissions test. So I was expecting the worst. QUITE the Opposite! I pinged them from Trader.ca indicating my desire to check out a particular car. Victor and I arranged a time. He gave me the keys and allowed me to give the car a good test long test drive to get a feel for the vehicle. Completely relaxed environment. He escorted me directly to the shop where the Inspection was done as they handed me the keys. Plates were on the car, and for an 8 year old car it was in ASTOUNDING condition. I would happily go back to M N Cars for my next major purchase. Thumbs up team! Great job on restoring my faith in Dealerships too!
